Shipping

ORDERS SHIPPED FROM AUSTRALIA:

BOA is dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse and we use Australia Post for all orders. 

Express orders are shipped using Australia Post. Tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched and we offer either same or next business day dispatch on all orders.

Express shipping typically takes 1-3 days for metro areas and 3-4 days for regional areas. Express shipping may take longer for rural addresses in peak times. 

Standard shipping typically takes 3 days for metro areas and 7 days for regional areas. Shipping may take longer for rural addresses in peak times. 

SHIPPING TO NZ:

BOA is dispatched from Sydney and will be sent to NZ via either Sendle (standard shipping 8-15 days) or TOLL Express (express service 3-4 days). Both options are available at checkout.   

SHIPPING IN USA:

BOA is dispatched from LA. Standard, Priority and Express shipping options available.

For our global customers please proceed to checkout for accurate shipping rates and shipping timeframes.
